The 5 Rep Challenge

*8 exercises, for10 minutes

 

Warm-up:

  • Jumping jacks (30 seconds), High knees (30 seconds)

​

Workout:

​

  • 5 Inchworms

  • 5 Squats

  • 5 Jump squats

  • 5 Push-ups

  • 5 Heel taps 

  • 5 Crunches

  • 5 Forearm taps

  • 5 30-60-90 lifts (start from 90 degrees, slowly lower to 60, again to 30, and back up to 90)

How many rounds can you do in 10 minutes?
